This example of Mickey Mantle's 1954 Bowman card comes just a few corner touches away from residing in a NM or higher holder. Centered perfectly with great color and a clean back, only minor touches of wear on the corners keep this from grading higher. Each corner is better than the next, but each does show the tiniest bit of wear under very close inspection. The top and bottom right corners are the strongest of the four coming almost to a perfect point. The top and bottom left corners exhibit very minor touches. Overall, a phenomenal looking example of this great Mantle card.
