This lot features a complete set of 572 cards from the 1959 Topps set in overall VG-EX to EX condition. Eight cards from this set have been professionally graded. The #10 Mickey Mantle is a solid PSA 6 EX-MT while the key rookie in the set #514 Bob Gibson has been graded SGC 60 EX. Both cards display bright color and are only held back by minor wear to the corners. Other graded star cards include #200 Warren Giles SGC 80, 202 Roger Maris PSA 7 and 550 Roy Campanella SGC 84. Three commons have been graded as well: 41 Martyn SGC 88, 392 Herzog SGC 92 and 400 Jensen SGC 88. Despite consisting mostly of mid-grade cards, there are several commons scattered throughout the set that would grade EX-MT to NM or better.
